My Teen Heartthrobs!

So, I was teen in the late 90′s & early 2000′s. Which means I spent a lot on money on Tiger Beat, Bop!, and many others in search of my teen heartthrobs. I had so many posters up, you wouldn’t even know what colour my room was painted.

Now, if you are an avid reader of The Beautiful Mommy Club, you will know that there are really only 5 “boys” that hold heartthrob status in my world. Yes, that’s right The Backstreet Boys. And one in particular… Brian Littrell.

While, I could go on forever about how I had Geocities sites about them, and wrote fan fiction about them… And dreamt of the day that I would be Mrs. Littrell (it could still happen, maybe, probably not… But I can still dream). I decided to compose a list of the heartthrobs that rocked my teenage years!

This isn’t a now and then. Because, I really just want to remember them like I did when I was 15… This is in no particular order, and yes, I do realize I was a bit boy band crazy!

The Backstreet Boys

The first time I heard them, I was in heaven. I knew, I would be in love forever. To this day, I still adore BSB. And even went to their concert this past August. But it was B-Rok that really stole my heart. He was my world. My everything. Ah, Brian. How I adore thee…

‘N Sync

While I am BSB4Eva, I need to include these guys on the list. Yes, there has always been a war/argument/debate on who the better band was (Backstreet Boys, obviously). But secretly, we all listened to both bands. I can’t deny it. Especially with the love I now have JT. I cannot lie. Tearing Up My Heart rocked my world, just a little bit.

The bad boys of boy bands. Those Brits were amazing and incredibly hot. Who wouldn’t want to Slam Dunk Da Funk with those five?!?

Pacey way hotter than Dawson… And Charlie was by far the best Mighty Duck… Just saying. For a brief moment in time, I thought I liked Adam Banks, but realized I will always be Team Charlie!

Those were the main men adorning my walls. There my have also been a JTT, or a Leo somewhere among the above. Mind you, BSB took up the most real estate on my walls…
